5) Buyer understands and acknowledges that the alert from the device may not be audible under all conditions of background noise
6) Buyer understands and acknowledges that the device may not function properly if not worn, used and re-charged as per instructions.
7) Buyer understands and acknowledges that safe ownership of the device depends upon following instructions for operation, re-charging and storage.
